SHIPPING AUSTRALIA
Shipping is by Australia Post or by Courier. Parcels sent may be left at your front door if no-one is at home. If you require signature on delivery or if you wish your parcel to be Express Posted please let us know.
Shipping cost is charged per order.

RETURNS
- Installed Electrical/Electronic Components: Items such as PCB's, motors, or controllers that have been installed, wired, or show signs of installation cannot be returned if they were incorrectly ordered or are no longer required. Exceptions apply for faulty items, in which case the item can be returned under warranty. Warranty will be assessed by manufacturer upon return of part and a replacement can be sent if covered by warranty. Note: All Electrical components need to be installed by a licensed electrician or pool service technician to cover manufacturers warranty. Proof of purchase and the installers details will need to be provided when claiming warranty on these parts.
- Change of Mind Returns: If you have ordered incorrect item or no longer need it you can return within 14 days of purchase. It must be returned in original packaging and in a saleable condition. Some parts which have to be returned to the manufacturer may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Customer is responsible for return freight cost.
- Faulty Parts: If the part supplied is faulty or was damaged in transit it can be returned for replacement or refund. Please advise us and we will send you a return label.
