Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION.

Shipping is Australia-Wide by Registered Post or by Courier. All goods are fully insured against loss or damage and we accept returns up to 14 days from invoice date. We do provide a full refund or exchange on all items returned for credit.

SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS ARE CHARGED AT A FLAT RATE OF $13.90 ON ALL ORDERS AUSTRALIA-WIDE. THE SHIPPING COST OF $13.90 IS CHARGED PER ORDER AND IS NOT BASED ON WEIGHT SO THE MORE ITEMS PURCHASED ON THE ONE ORDER THE MORE YOU SAVE ON DELIVERY CHARGES. MOST ORDERS ARE DESPATCHED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASING BUT PLEASE NOTE PURCHASES MADE BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR WILL NOT BE DESPATCHED UNTIL 6TH JANUARY. ALL OUR ORDERS ARE EITHER SHIPPED BY REGISTERED POST OR BY FASTWAY COURIERS. IF SHIPPED VIA COURIER A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY AND A CONSIGNMENT NUMBER WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. IF NOT AT HOME AT TIME OF DELIVERY A CALLING/CONTACT CARD WILL BE LEFT FOR YOU. YOU CAN THEN EITHER ARRANGE A MORE SUITABLE TIME FOR YOUR DELIVERY OR GIVE THE COURIER AUTHORITY TO LEAVE YOUR PARCEL IN A SAFE PLACE.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For International destinations, orders weighing up to 4kg in all zones are usually shipped by Registered or Express Post International Airmail within 24-48 hours of order and usually take between 7-10 days for delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically and added to the total of your order. Pricing is in Australian dollars. Some larger sized items cannot be shipped internationally due to Australia Post size restrictions. Orders from customers who are located in Zone C or D with the combined weight of over 4kg may be sent by Sea Mail when possible due to high cost of shipping for larger items/boxes. Please allow 6-8 weeks in these circumstances. We can be contacted on info@splashesonline.com.au for confirmation of delivery times of your purchase or for any further information.

Orders totalling $35.00 or less = $20.00 Aus
Orders totalling $50.00 or less = $45.00 Aus
Orders totalling $85.00 or less = $65.00 Aus
Orders totalling $100.00 or less = $85.00 Aus
Orders over $100.00 = $95.00 Aus

We do offer pick up from our factory at 28 De Havilland Road, Mordialloc strictly by APPOINTMENT only - Phone 9587 1122 or 0438 394 560.
Local delivery is free to customers within a 5 km radius of our factory which includes Dingley Village, Springvale South, Braeside, Mordialloc, Aspendale, Cheltenham, Mentone, Beaumaris, Heatherton & Moorabbin.
Credit card facilities upon delivery are available on request.
